Homemade Lampe Berger Oil?
I always add 1 tbsp of distilled water to 99% p. alcohol. Is this necessary? The recipe on Hunker.com doesnt mention this.
Problem with Homemade Berger Oil Fragrance?
Can you use your favourite perfume/cologne instead of essential/fragrance oil? Or does it have to be an oil based fragrance?
