We are definitely animal lovers! I am Dr Shelittle, a retired RN, and Mrs Fix-it. We have 10 animals... 3 dogs, 6 cats and a mouthy 4 yr old Silkie Rooster (his wife died of Avian flu). My rooster's name is Russell Crowe lol. We are 50 and been married 4 yrs ( not the first time)! Also empty nester's that have 4 grand kids. LOVE THE KIDS! Looking forward to having lots of chickens, and goats. Eventually we will do a couple beef cattle, dairy cow and a few hogs. Can you tell I was raised a farm girl? I'm teaching my hubby to cook, clean, and take care of chickens. We are not happy with the way that the government is handling things and wondering when it will collapse! Hating city life and wanting to do things on our own! I am allergic to many things and want to go totally clean living include our food! I already cook and clean without chemicals and use fresh herbs as well as other holistic preps. It really helps. Unfortunately, we will still use gas to travel to see my kids in Michigan.
