Check the hose and see if its plugged up. Same thing happened to mine and thats all it was.

Being from Canada I know a lot about being cold. lol space heaters are great but never leave unattended. Use an electric blanket at night when its best to turn the heat down. Dress warmer during the day ie slippers sweaters. Insulating your windows helps tremendously...
Using a Steam Cleaner on Microfiber?
Can you remove the cushion covers? I removed mine and washed them in the washing machine and hung them to dry. It worked great. I wouldnt put them in the dryer though- they might shrink.
