Removing Ink From Paper?
Paint thinner. I forget the name of it but it comes in a small tin can at Fred Meyers. Pour the paint thinner in a tall cup and put the paper in the cup and swish it around but never rub it. Rubbing will destroy the paper. It works on most ballpoint pens.
