Is this to be used in a spray bottle when needed? Or is it to be used as a pre-soak for one time?

My Fifi does the same thing with her teddy bear! It is SO funny! Youd think that wed have a bunch of baby teddy bears running around! :o) At least she gets to have a little fun since a certain someone went & got her fixed! That was a hard day for me!

I hate the smell of cold dirty dishwater. I like to give them a quick rinse off, then using a long-handled dish brush having been dipped into cooking pan of water that needed soaking anyway, & heated till hot, give the dishes a quick bush over, then rinse.
