Upper Thread on Pfaff Catching On the "Thread Fetcher"?
Same thing just happen to me with a Pfaff expression 3.5. I removed some pieces to clean the lint inside. Not working and doing the same exactly thing you said. I so took out the little upper thread fetcher (who seem to cause the problem) and tried rethreading...
