Recipes for One Person Using Chicken Leg Quarters?

Placemats for a Lap Robe
i use placemats bought at thrift stores , cheap, and crochet a top to fit, attach with running stitch using thread and donate to cat shelters for something warm for them to sit on .... animals shelters always need things like this.... or make some lap-robes...
