I am in my mid 60's, I play guitar and banjo, love to sing, am on a praise and worship team at church. We live in MI---we used to go all over the country in our RV---what a life! We stay in one spot now---have elderly family that need our help. I buy books from library book sales and thrift shopsand put them online---make a few bucks and have fun, it's like a thrifty treasure hunt to this ole gal!we eat leftovers until they are gone or frozenwe buy pizza crusts only and do all our own toppings and a new salvage grocerystore in elkhart, IN sells whole wheat crusts in a bag for $.75 ea bag----yeehaw--that would last us a good while to stock up on them and get them in the freezer.we don't garden anymore, but sometimes we get fresh coupons for the elderly $40 for the season and it's all stuff grown in michigan. we figure out how to group several errands together as to where we are headed. we love salvage (discount) groceries and go 45 mi. for several of them, and there's a big food store called, Meijers, and they have marked down produce and we love that.
