No Audio Out TV Tuner Board?
Maybe you have the audio cable plugged in wrong or maybe the mute is set to on. Maybe wrong setting for the board, like if I have audio set to 6in1 surround sound and you dont have surround sound it will set it to off meaning no sound so try different settings...
