1 cup milk 1 cup flour 2 eggs pinch of salt tbsp oil preheat oven to 450. Cover 12 muffin cup muffin pan with oil. Put in oven til oil smoking. Put batter in each cup. Cook for 15 to 20 min then reduce heat to 375 and cook for another 15 min. Hope this helps
