Smell Under House?
You could try spraying an enzyme cleaner all over the area. Enzyme cleaners (normally found in the pet department near the puppy pads) are designed to break down the smell versus just covering it up.
African Animals Wallpaper Border?
Have you asked the people at your local wal-mart to order or do a store swap for it? Theyve done it for me with fabric & for my aunt with yarn. I dont see why they cant do it for this.
