This is not Piccadillys mac and cheese. I worked there 25 years. They did not add egg. They used milk powder and water not milk they also added a little nutmeg.

Piccadilly did not use milk they used milk powder and water. They also added a little nutmeg. They did not use egg either. It has been years since I made it there. The recipe started with 10# of noodles. So I would have to break it down quit a bit
