SOS Pad Stained Toilet?
I clean houses for a living, for 15+ years, and I would say definitely vinegar and an old sponge, or vinegar and a Magic eraser. And to the people whose cleaning company did this, Id fire them. Thats cleaning 101... you dont want them ruining anything else...
