Oxy. Make a paste of oxy powder - I use NoName because its cheap. Put it on the shirt anywhere you see yellowing or smell that lovely smell. Scrub it in if you can - use a brush or rub it in with your gloved fingers. Then wash. Its amazing! My husbands perspiration...
