Recipes Using Plantains?
We slice it if its VERY ripe (black - it will look like a rotten banana) and pan fry it in a little oil till a little crisp and brown on each side. We eat it as a side dish with nothing else added. Its delicious! We learned how to cook this in the Bahamas.
