Making Painted Woodwork Look Like Real Wood?

Does anyone know how to make painted woodwork or doors to look like real wood? Looking for some way to do the older pieces of baseboard in other parts of the house.

I have an older home and have replaced some baseboard with new wood.

Or is there another idea that would work?
