Hawaiian Stuffed Chicken BreastsHeat oven to 400 degrees. Mix hot water and butter and boil. Stir in stuffing mix, pepper, half the pineapple and syrup. Spoon stuffing evenly on chicken, roll tightly.

 

Mushroom Steak DianneHeat butter in skillet over medium heat. Place sirloin steak pieces and mushrooms in skillet. Sprinkle lemon pepper over beef. Cook sirloin pieces and mushrooms 5-6 minutes in stir-fry manner. Remove meat to a serving platter and keep warm.
