Mexican Scrambled EggsRecipe for Mexican Scrambled Eggs. Brown the onion, green pepper and garlic in the butter or margarine until a golden brown. Add the tomatoes and pepper and cook for about 3 minutes to blend the flavors.

 

Beef Bean BarbecuePut the ground beef, onion, salt and pepper in a skillet and brown. Drain off all fat. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

 

Enchilada SauceRecipe for Enchilada Sauce. Mix all of these together and bring to a boil. Lower hear and simmer for about 2 minutes.

 

Lime PunchRecipe for Lime Punch. Stir together. The lime sherbet melts and makes a milky green punch with foam on top.
