Strawberry Upside Down CakeEasy and delicious! Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread crushed strawberries on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Evenly sprinkle strawberries with the dry gelatin powder and top with mini marshmallows.

Bean SoupSoak the beans in water with a pinch of baking soda for at least 2 hours. Rinse beans. Add carrot, celery, and potato to the beans with salt, pepper and onion. Salt to taste.

What Breed is My Dog?I have a Siberian Husky, but I guess she is a mixed breed. Huskies are big, but she is medium sized or less. She has inherited the Husky traits and the looks, but the height is very much less. What could she be? I'm thinking about a Poodle Husky maybe?
