Do you have steak knives laying loose in a drawer? Control them and keep fingers from getting cut by gathering the blades together and putting a paper towel tube over them. Fold the end over and run a rubber band from end to end. Sure controls clutter and I feel better when my grandchildren reach in the drawer as they set the table.

This is something I've got to try! I hate reaching into our silverware drawer sometimes, since I can't see which way the knives are turned until too late.
