Apple-Raisin CrispIn a large bowl, combine the apples, raisins, sugar, cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. of the flour. Stir well to coat the apples with dry ingredients. Transfer mixture to a greased shallow baking dish.

 

Chicken Rice MixCombine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until evenly distributed. Put about 1 1/3 cups into three 1-pint containers and label as "Chicken Flavored Rice Mix".

 

Fennel Mushroom Stir-FryChop fennel into large chunks, removing any branches coming out of veggie, remove hard triangle core in middle. (cut in 1/2 to get at core), set aside. Heat oil in pan for 30 seconds.
