Creamsicle Cocktail/PunchYou'll need only 2 ingredients: Orange Juice and Vanilla Coffee Creamer. Just fill your container with orange juice then add a bit of vanilla coffee creamer (don't add very much creamer or it will be to sweet) Lastly, add some vodka to your container and stir really well or shake. For an extra special treat you can make a Creamsicle Daiquiri, just blend the orange juice with ice, then add your creamer, and lastly add your rum or vodka. (I prefer vodka)

Using Buckets Under DownspoutsMy husband never got around to setting up a rain barrel system under our downspout, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. I set out several 5-gal. pails, a large plastic garbage can, and even my wheelbarrow along the ground, in a line, directly under the garage roof edge.

Gluten and Wheat Free Flour RecipeRice flour is a good substitute for just a portion of wheat flour. It has no gluten, so has no elasticity. If you have wheat allergies or are on a gluten free diet, you can use 6 cups rice flour, 2 cups tapioca, 1 cup potato (or garbanzo bean) flour mixed together to make a great flour that can be used in all kinds of muffins, breads, cookies, bars, etc.

Book Review: Don't Waste Money, Spend It!This book is about mindful spending. Unlike many other frugal living advisers, the author unabashedly shares her entertaining mistakes. She also re-gifted a book for a child's birthday party forgetting that there was an inscription on the flyleaf.

Thin Rubber Gloves for WeedingWhen potting plants, I use the thin type rubber gloves that you can buy in a box and toss when finished. Works great for weeding too because you can "feel" what you are doing much better. I am not as inclined to pull something other than a weed if I have them on.
