German Style Pork Roast With Sauerkraut and Potatoes (Crockpot)Place the potatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker; stir to coat. Season the pork roast with salt and pepper; lay on top the potatoes. Pour the sauerkraut over the roast; sprinkle with caraway seeds. Cook in slow cooker on Low 8 to 10 hours.
Overnight Snowball CookiesPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat 2 egg whites till foamy. Gradually add 2/3 cup sugar and continue beating till peaks form. Fold in pinch of salt, 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 cup finely chopped pecans, and 1 cup semi sweet chocolate bits (small or regular).
Orange Pineapple Jello SaladMix dry Jello with cottage cheese until blended. Add all other ingredients. Chill for 2 hours.
Prune PieWith a spatula mix the sugar, egg and salt. Add flour, mixing with your fingers. Little by little, add the butter until the dough is smooth. Spread the dough in large greased pie plate. Prick with a fork and bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Brisket of BeefBrush top and bottom of brisket with liquid smoke; sprinkle both sides with onion salt, garlic salt, and celery salt. Place in covered dish and refrigerate at least 12 hours. When ready to bake, shake Worcestershire sauce over top of meat.
