This horse Sequoia loved children. I got him at an auction 18 years ago. Sad to say he passed away in the spring of 2011. He is missed by all the family, and he will never be forgotten. I got him when he was 3 years old, and he passed away at age 21.

Zelda (Bulldog)Zelda is a 3 month old bulldog. She came to us 2 months ago via a breeder in central North Carolina. Zelda likes to chase cats and chickens. She does not like to wear her sweater, even though it's pretty cold outside.

Mahto (Shepherd/Chow Mix)I got Mahto from a friend who simply needed to find homes for her dog's litter of puppies. At the time I got Mahto, I was undergoing physical therapy as part of a lengthy rehabilitation program. She became the best assistance dog anyone could hope for even though she never had any official training.

Decker and Scout (Horses)This is my friend Jodi. She is riding Decker, the big brown horse. I am on Scout, the paint, she gave to me that winter. We are taking advantage of a semi nice winter afternoon. These horses are having a great time with us girls, laughing, riding, and loving the day.

Gizmo (Moggy - Domestic Cat)Gizmo is an 11 month old Moggy kitten. Gizmo was abandoned by her mother shortly after birth. A local lady found the litter in her son's car and posted for help on a local animal shelter page.

Tigger (Cat)My son and his cat are practically inseparable and I'm always taking pictures of them. This morning my son woke up and Tigger immediately got in the bed to snuggle. The sun was hitting them just right and I couldn't resist taking this picture!
