I took these photos of Jewel in 1995 for a wildlife magazine photo shoot in the mountains of Montana. Jewel was a real sweetheart. She died 3 years ago.

A white daisy with a bee on it.
DaisiesMy great aunt Nelly is 102, and still keeps a beautiful garden. This picture was taken in her garden last summer. I am (im)patiently awaiting the arrival of warmer weather. It seems like my flowers are never going to get the chance to grow.

Lighthouse on coast.
Scenery: Portland Head Lighthouse (Cape...My family and I were helping my mom move up to Maine. I decided that we should check out the Portland headlight. It is very gorgeous. You must go see this. The picture may be pretty, but in person, it'll take your breath away.

A beautiful white daffodil with a brilliant center.
DaffodilsI love gardening, and these daffodils are the first hint that spring is finally here! I spend all summer in my flower gardens taking photos as the blooming progresses.

Cutting Down a Plastic Bottle For Craft UseTurn your bowl upside down. Place your container next to it and make sure this is the proper height you need your container. Take a pencil and roll the container around holding the pencil still in place while marking your area.

Scenery: Antique Horse Drawn Hearse (1800's)The last ride is a journey home! This hearse was from the 1800's and a pair of white mules pulled it home. Years ago, this would have a everyday ride, but not today. Wonderful way to honor and respect the passing of a friend.

Garden: Bridal Wreath And Lilac (West Virginia) I just love it when this bush blooms. It gets tiny white flowers all over it. It is so pretty and it is one of the first to bloom. I just love spring and all its pretty flowers. I was told it is called Bridal Wreath.

Wildlife: WoodpeckerMy hubby made this swing birdfeeder that we hung up that morning. A short while later we saw this woodpecker eating my homemade suet cupcake that I had put in the feeder.
