A beautiful sight on a March spring day. These are from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Snow clouds hang about the canyon right before a wonderful light snow.

Scenery: South River Lake (Nova Scotia, Canada)This is South River Lake, a man made lake, that we often visit when out on our four wheelers. It was the calm before the storm this September day. Everything around the lake was a complete mirror image. It was so restful.

A white magnolia blossom.
MagnoliaMy brother planted this magnolia this weekend. It opened up and has beautiful blooms. The smell is breathtaking. I saw three bees in the flower just loving it.

Wildlife: Rhinoceros (Rietvlei Nature Reserve,...We went on a guided hike at the Rietvlei Nature Reserve, and were very fortunate to get within a few metres of one of nature's most amazing creatures. The day after the hike, two of the rhinos at the same reserve were killed by poachers.

Garden: Pine Tree in SpringI was out taking pictures of my spring blooming trees, when I came over to this pine tree. Really taking a good look at it, I could see the growing pine cones so I took this picture.
