Before tossing out shopping bags, see if you can salvage any pieces. This Victoria's Secret bag has had it's fair share of being recycled/reused. I was able to salvage the ribbon and it will be perfect to use for crafting!

Buy Cheap and Revamp Into Your StyleI bought this chalkboard during last year's 90% Christmas sale at Target for only 30 cents (originally $3). I changed up the original bow that I did not like (which was a simple thin red bow) into this burlap bow. Now the chalkboard looks as if it was more expensive and looks nicer.

Spice Up Napkin Holders with Fall Craft LeavesI wanted to spice up our normally solid black napkin holders and used fabric craft leaves to do it. If the napkin holders you are using have holes in the design, it's easy to add leaves. Simply stick the stems into the sides along the bottom and attach with zip ties that match your holder.

Salvaging Hardware from JunkMost things eventually fall apart, but not all at the same time. Here, two pairs of my boots became so worn out, they were too dangerous for wear. They were not suitable for donation, however, the silver hardware and laces were still like new. I removed them to use in crafts and sewing projects.
