I did the dentures imeditalty after the pulling of the teeth and no issues yes the soreness but u have to stay away from chewing types of foods eat soft foods like pudding , soups, anything mashed up dont put sores from chewing on your gums

Your not suppose to eat hard chewing foods for a while that might help I did it last year with my top and now my bottom its going to be sore for a while but the denture cream that heals the soreness on your gums.
