Matted Fur on a Long Haired Cat?I have a long haired cat who loves being brushed, but she has developed fur clumps on her back and near her hind legs. I don't want to have her shaved. Is there anything I can rub into the mats to loosen them? I was told that SeaBreeze works, but is it toxic to cats?

Facial for Dry Skin?I currently have extremely dry skin on my face. It is itchy, peels constantly, and looks awful. I don't know whether I have dermatitis, but I have used so many creams and moisturizers and nothing is really helping it. Any suggestions or advice before I go to a dermatologist?

Cat Throw-Up on Carpet?My cat threw up on my light beige rug--a nylon blend. I cleaned it up and coated area with shaving cream. Later on when I tried to clean more thoroughly, the stain would not come out. It is orange and very evident.

Protecting Hosta Plants From Slugs?My Hosta plants are attacked by slugs when the leaves are at their peak! I have tried the beer in low cans which does help but they are messy to clean and when it rains they all have to be refilled again. I also tried putting eggshells around the base of the plants but this was not very successful in controlling them. Does anyone have a non-toxic solution to this problem?

Getting Rid Of Insects In Locust Trees?I have 2 locust trees around 20 years old in my yard. I have had them trimmed twice as they are quite large.
