Recycled Halloween Windsock
I will post instructions soon. The witch hat was given to me by a friend. I attached the hat by hand-stitching it to the plastic bag hair strips with a double strand of thread.

Cute idea! I found an old pair of boots at a thrift shop for 50 cents. I cant wait to make a birdhouse of my own. I think I will try to find a license plate for the roof. :-)
