Cleaning the Spray Nozzles on a Swiffer?
You could carefully soak that part of the swiffer in hot water (with bottle unattached) and that might dissolve the buildup inside the sprayer. Another idea is to carefully take a needle to try and clean out the sprayer hole.

Getting Yarn Donations for Charity Projects?
I would call or contact the manager of various craft stores and tell them about your project, maybe even print up a flyer. Let them know its a non-for-profit program to help kids. You could also check with friends and neighbors, thrift stores, or ebay for deals...

Growing Lilacs from Cuttings?
Try it anyway, taking off one little cutting wont hurt the plant. Place cutting with bark in water to see if it roots. Wait till its strong enough before replanting it. Good Luck.

Dollar Bill Rose
Nice idea, and pretty. I would just worry about how much trouble it would be to take apart if someone wanted to spend their money gift. Maybe making a tree would be easier. If anyone has an idea for this please let me know. Thanks!
