Crafts Using Recycled Wine Bottles?
Here is what I do. I mount the wine bottle on aboard, and put in a string of small lights, (battery operated). Then I put a small shelf under the wine bottle so that when lit, it gives the impression that the wine bottle is floating above the shelf.
