Repairing Holes in a Baby Blanket?
I would try embroidery thread (s) with large needle . You can try to match the stitch width or length to blend better. Hand stitch not machine. If all fails put it in a shadow box perhaps with other memorabilia. ( baby shoe.,hair etc)
Recycling Hosiery?
How about those organizations that do interview outfits. working wardrobe ??? They would know Iif hosiery is even stll.worn nowadays. On another note...I saw some wonderful -rag rugs made with hosiery Maybe make and donate those (.if you dont keep them)!!
