Shih Tzu Breathing Problems?
I hold one of those Vicks tubes up to my Shih Tzus noses, I have three, and that seems to help. Or the jar of Vicks. I make sure not to get the jar close enough to get any on them. And, of course, I tell them that all pretty babies get the snorts.
