Lemon Chicken With RicePut oil in pan, add paprika,, salt, pepper, and place chicken in pan. Add oregano, lemon peel and lemon juice on the chicken. Add rice and chicken broth. Cover and cook med-high for 30 minutes.

Chris's Skillet CasseroleBrown and drain ground chuck. Saute onions, green pepper and garlic. Mix in ground chuck and cooked pasta. Add remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese stirring well. Simmer together for approximately 30 minutes in electric skillet.

Connie's Peanut Butter FudgeGrease the bottom and sides of a 9x9 inch pan and have ready. Combine sugar and milk in 5 qt. pan. Stir often. Bring to a boil and when it feels like it is getting thicker use the soft ball test to see if it is done.
