Uses for Dried Chili Peppers
I have a whole bunch of (hot) red chili peppers from last year's garden that I've dried and put in a glass jar. I'm trying to figure out what to do with them. I've already used them for chili, just looking for other ideas. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I print a lot of recipes from the internet on 8-1/2 x 11 paper. This is an odd size for any recipe box or book holder that I have found. I would like to just fold them in half, so that I then have an 8-1/2 x 6.5 sheet. Any ideas of how I might organize them?

Using Carpet Padding as Insulation
We are pulling up the carpet and padding in our house and replacing it with wood flooring. We have been wanting to put additional insulation in our attic and came up with the idea to spread the carpet padding in the attic over the existing insulation.
