Two ingredients and super easy!

Panettone Christmas Bread
In a shallow dish, soak the raisins, apricots, and candied fruit in the liqueur, covering the dish but stirring through occasionally, at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Bourbon Whipped Cream
This tastes great on berry shortcake or pumpkin or pecan pie and you can freeze it as dollops on wax paper in a covered container too!
This is so easy to make and is heavenly to eat. This recipe was my mom's (who has passed).
In a 2 quart heavy saucepan, stir eggs, granulated sugar, and salt until well mixed. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture just coats a metal spoon; remove from heat.
Cheddar Carrot Casserole
This is a little different than plain carrots and is good for a holiday meal. I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it!
Crispy Roasted Garbanzo Beans
Easy and inexpensive. Goes great as a salad or soup topper or snack.
This fudge is so good and so easy! It is the only fudge recipe that I know will turn out great.
Pineapples And Cheese
I love pineapple! Sprinkle cheese over pineapple and microwave 1 minute or until cheese is melted
Chicken Noodle Soup (Gluten Free)
It's quick and easy.
Easy Pasta Bake
Brown hamburger; drain. Stir in pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese. Put in 9x13 inch pan and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Turn the crock-pot on high and pour in the apple and cranberry juices. Stir in the sugar and allspice, then add cinnamon sticks. Stud the orange with the cloves, about 25 or 30 cloves should do the trick, and toss it in.
Cheese Lovers Chicken Casserole
This recipe uses ingredients that are usually found in your cupboard and it makes enough for a crowd or leftovers. Perfect comfort food for these cold winter evenings!
Peppermint Bark Seven-Cup Crunch
I have seen snack mixes like this for sale and I decided to try making it myself. After a bit of experimenting, I came up with this recipe!
Place both chocolates, the butter, and the cream in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until the chocolate is melted, stirring after every 45 seconds to prevent overheating.
Weight Watchers Cabbage Soup
It's an easy and healthy recipe for soup with 0 points.
Corn Flakes and Eggs
A little crunch and oh so good.
Cream Cheese and Manzanilla Stuffed Celery
This may sound strange to some but this cream cheese blend tastes pretty good on a plain bagel too.
Gourmet Glazed Nuts
Makes a great gift! Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Spray a large jelly roll pan with vegetable cooking spray. Boil water; add nuts. Cook and stir for one minute; drain. Rinse a couple of times with hot water.
Grandma's Zucchini Casserole
This is SO good. Zucchini, tomato sauce and globs of yummy cheese. This is not a recipe that needs to be measured exactly, so I will be very general.
