Sage Poultry Stuffing
This recipe is delicious when used to stuff your birds for the holidays whether it be a turkey, chicken or, as we did for Thanksgiving Cornish Hens. It is very versatile, as you can also use it to make a casserole from the leftover turkey or chicken.

I usually don't have much time to make things from scratch, so I usually use frozen meatballs, but any recipe that you like is fine.

Marinated Salt and Vinegar Cod
Okay, not the heart healthiest recipe in the world but it's tasty and easy and at least it's not deep fried. I highly recommend the packaged Good Seasons Zesty Italian salad dressing that you mix yourself for this recipe.

Yorkshire Pudding

Calves' Liver
Even some people who don't like liver, like it made this way. Calves liver is not as strong as beef liver and is more tender. This is the way my mother, Vicy, made it. It makes wonderful gravy too.

Low-Calorie Spinach Dip
This is a low calorie and low cost spinach dip that can be eaten as a snack or appetizer. I like it because you can change it up a little and have a different style snack or swap a couple of ingredients and give it a whole new taste.
