Italian Sausage Soup for Sodium Restricted DietI am on a sodium restricted diet, but I refuse to give up foods I like, such as Italian sausage. I work them into my daily amount of sodium allowed, as with this soup.

Dressing for Salads and Cooked VeggiesI always get compliments on this dressing which I use on salads, everyone just loves it. I've also used it on cooked beets for a side dish and it was also great on freshly cooked green beans with a sprinkle of almonds.

Grilled Figs with Feta and HoneyIf you would prefer to you can broil the figs six inches from broiler heat source instead of grilling them. Feel free to garnish each fig with a pinch of finely chopped fresh basil, mint, or prosciutto before serving.

Green Pepper Wonton PoppersOur garden grew lots of green peppers this year so I decided to use some store bought won tons pastries to make us a yummy Popper treat. Easy and so delish! The sweet chili sauce really tops it off well!

Peach Melba Freezer JamFreezer jam is fast and easy to make. You don't cook anything, so the fruit tastes fresh and wonderful. It requires much less sugar, which is a big plus. It's very delicious and very pretty.
