I have worked for Cumuli on ThriftyFun remotely since July 2007. I am constantly amazed by the wealth of wise information that is shared by the ThriftyFun community.
I'm very proud to say that I'm one of Susan's, the founder of Thrifty Fun, sisters. Throughout my life she was always my inspiration, and the closest of friends. We shared so much in our lives; I could write a book, and may do it someday!
Raised in Seattle, I married my teenage sweetheart, and have spent most of my life in very rural, northeast Washington state. We built our first home from scratch, raised 3 sons, a few goats and chickens, and grew lots of organic food, while learning a lot about food preservation, surviving, and living off the land.
My life has always been filled with music, that I share with my family and friends. I love to play bass, guitar and upright, and sing harmonies.
I have always recycled, strive to be resourceful, and have found a wealth of treasures and useful items 2nd hand.
As the Proprietor of the Flowery Trail Coffeehouse in Chewelah, WA, I work with, and serve the most delightful people. Our wonderful team roasts coffee, provides stratch baked goodies, fine espresso, and wholesome lunches. Stop on by if you are ever this way.
