When the every day situational stress builds up one of my favorite stress reducers is to go observe wildlife. It always amazes me to see how such beauty exists all around when we take time to look.

Scenery: Oregon CoastOur daughters 1st visit to the beach and she fell in love with seaweed. This was carried, dragged, wrapped and played with for over an hour. It was a good day indeed.

Garden: Crepe MyrtleThis year all my crepe myrtles were beautiful. This one by my fence really exploded in color. We had lots of rain this spring which helps these plants produce those grand blooms.

Wildlife: Wood DucksThis pair of Wood Ducks with their baby seemed to know my husband was only admiring them and not going to hurt them. They sat long enough for him to get several pictures. Just look at all the patterns of gorgeous color on them.
