Baked Corn
We make baked corn at holiday meals. It's a side dish that reminds me of getting together with family.

Lazy Woman's Coleslaw
Fast and easy. It took more time to find the lid for the bowl than it did to fix the salad. It received many compliments as well.

Wassail
Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Place over a slow flame; then, before it begins to boil, take off the heat and whip up some cream. Let this float on top of the brew like foam.

You can spice these up adding crushed red pepper flakes to taste too. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and saute cauliflower and garlic for about 5 minutes.

Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip
This recipe makes about 3 cups of dip. I highly recommend using quality blue cheese dressing, such as Marie's Chunky Blue Cheese, which you can find in the produce section of your market.

Cheese Slaw
This recipe was given to me by my niece. It is WONDERFUL! The texture makes it more interesting than a smooth cheese appetizer usually is. Don't be afraid to try this, the Jalapeno peppers are surprisingly not overwhelming!
