Casserole BreadMix in large bowl:1 1/2 cup flour, sugar, salt, and the undissolved dry yeast. Add the margarine. Gradually add very warm water to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer, scraping bowl frequently. Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour. Beat 2 minutes at high speed.

Easy Sponge CakeMix in order given. POur in 8x5x2 3/4 inch pan. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Cinnamon Brunch CakeBlend together until finely mixed: 2 cup all purpose flour, 2 cup brown sugar, and stick of margarine. Reserve 3/4 cup crumb mixture for topping. Add balance of flour mixed with soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add buttermilk, vanilla, and egg; do not over mix.

ShortcakeSift flour, salt, baking powder, sugar. Beat egg, add milk and butter. Then mix into dry ingredients. Mix quickly using not over 20 strokes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. We always add fresh cream on top and fresh strawberries!

Avocado Corn RelishPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange fresh or frozen kernels on baking sheet and toast for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Stir as needed. For Dip: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Manx Male Cat Poops on The Floor?I have a 3 year old Manx male cat. He is an inside house cat. He has never been outside very much. (He will not go out unless I pick him up and put him out.) The problem is he poops on the floor all the time sometimes as much as 3-4 times daily.
