Crispy Scrambled EggSome may call it omelette but in my place, we called it scrambled egg. Our mornings will never be complete without it. Today, my husband requested for a little twist on scrambled egg for a change. So I did this.
Stir Fried Beet GreensMy neighbor gave us some beets from her garden, with some beautiful greens attached. We love beets but I was not sure about the beet greens. They were so pretty that I did not want to waste them so I tried stir frying them with onions. They were great! I'm ready to do this again.
Pancake MuffinsI am trying to eat healthier and to help accomplish that goal, I have been meal prepping. I still have quite a sweet tooth though. It is hard to keep most sweet foods in the house because I will binge on them. I found this pancake muffin recipe on Pinterest and it is the perfect sweet treat when I am having cravings. I store the muffins in meal prep containers and freeze. When I want 1-2, I defrost & reheat in the microwave. Chocolate chip & blueberry are delicious. I look forward to trying other toppings too.

This is a very tasty and cheap meal. The recipe varies, but the basic ingredients are flour, yeast, oil, milk, butter, eggs, yogurt and cheese. Bulgarian cheese is called sirenje or sirene, it can be replaced with Greek feta.
Value of Zenith Record Player and Trans-Oceanic?I found these and some other items in the attic. Is there any value to them? The Trans-Oceanic plastic dial cover is cracked. It has the owners manual in perfect condition along with a diagram of the units layout. The record player looks clean but I don't think it works. I plugged it in and nothing happened.
