Fajita KabobsIn a blender, blend the steak sauce, chilies and lime juice together and pour over the steak. Marinate the steaks for at least 1 hour or longer. Thread the steak, peppers and onions on the skewers and grill or broil until the desired doneness.
Open Face Peach PiePrepare pie crust. Fill with peeled and sliced peaches. Mix other ingredients. Pour over peaches in shell. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees F and then lower oven to 350 degrees F until done. Watch closely!
Lemon Angel SquaresTear cake into bite-sized pieces. Layer in ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add pineapple. Let thicken in refrigerator, don't let set firm. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over and around pieces of cake.
Tri Colored Pepper WedgesThis is great for Holiday Parties!! Combine 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 2 tsp. horseradish, 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt, 1 1/2 oz smoked and dried beef jerky (chopped fine), 2 minced radishes, 1 tsp. minced green onion.
Meat LasagnaCook desired noodles as package directs. Drain and chill in cold water. Heat oil and brown hamburger. Add onion and garlic and cook until transparent. Add rest of meat mixture ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix cheese mixture.
Halloween Vomit DipCombine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion soup mix and carrots in a bowl. Add 4 or more drops of food coloring. (You want enough to make it have that wonderful yellow vomit color.)
Red Hot ApplesaucePeel and core apples and chop into large chunks. Place in saucepan and cover almost completely with water. Cover pan. bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.

Keeping Track of Important Information?Where do you keep info like your kids SSN's, username and passwords to websites, i.e. your bank acct? I keep my personal info in my handheld palm pilot which makes my purse very heavy. I can not keep this info on a computer because I share computers at home and at work. If I use an address book I am concerned that someone might find it. Do you have any suggestions?

Cat Has Lost It's Appetite?My indoor-outdoor 3 year old cat is usually always hungry, but yesterday he lost his usual huge appetite. He has still been pretty much his normal, spunky, kitten-like self and still loves to run and play, but is a tiny bit sluggish. Yesterday he wouldn't eat his morning meal, but by evening we fed him his favorite of canned salmon cat food and he did eat it. But it's strange that he doesn't even want his treats which isn't like him. Could loosing his appetite be caused by worms? I'm taking him to the vet tomorrow.
