Graham BarsCombine first 5 ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and cool. Combine graham cracker crumbs, coconut, walnuts and vanilla in bowl; mix well.

Peanut Butter Logs In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk. Add marshmallows; stir until melted. Remove from heat; cool 20 minutes. Divide in half; place each portion on a 20-inch piece of wax paper.

Augustana Special CasseroleCook onion and pepper until clear, but not brown. Add rest of ingredients. Pour all into a well greased Pyrex (rectangle) dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Sprinkle a can of French-fried onions over the top of the casserole the last 5 minutes of baking.
