Shredded Beef Sandwiches
Cut roast in half; place in a slow cooker. Combine onion, vinegar, bay leaves and salt; if desired, cloves and garlic powder. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or until the meat is very tender.
Cauliflower Pea Salad

Chocolate Twinkie Cake
Put the above on plate in order given and top with cheese sauce.
Combine pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and ketchup. Stir over medium heat to simmer. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup pineapple juice.
