What To Look For When Shopping For Garden...
Buying new or replacement garden tools can be a sizeable, but necessary, investment. Here are some tips for choosing high-quality, long-lasting tools so you know you are getting the most value for your money.
Mary's Chicken Cacciatore
It's delicious, and very easy. Mix the rotini, sauce, left over chicken, black olives and, if using, the pepper rings. Stir in the mozzarella cheese cubes. Put this in a casserole dish.

Beat eggs thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients. Beat with a rotary mixer until frothy.
Pineapple Fluff Cake
Beat egg whites with salt to form moist, glossy peaks. Gradually beat in 3/4 cup sugar. Beat egg yolks and other 3/4 cup sugar until thick; add lemon and pineapple juices; beat until sugar dissolves.
Mix first 3 ingredients together well and chill. Cook rice until tender and cool. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add rice and crushed pineapple with juice.
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight; bake at 350 degrees F for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until top is golden. Serves 10-12. Recipe may be doubled, but bake for 2 hours.

I'm not even sure what these are called. There wasn't much plant life up in the mountains in Estes Park, and certainly not much color. These little guys stood out.
