Eggnog

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups milk (cold)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Directions:

Beat eggs thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients. Beat with a rotary mixer until frothy.

This is an excellent recipe, but I think there's a problem with raw eggs (salmonella).
