I came across Daisy when she was about 3 weeks old underneath my truck on a busy street very late at nite. I had to literally crawl under my truck to get her she was shaking so much. I got her into my truck on my lap and she jumped up in my arms, kissed me, then curled up in my lap and went right to sleep.

This is my fur sister, Suzy (I call her Suzy Q). She is my mom's fur daughter and best friend! She was adopted in 2011 from a shelter east of Pittsburgh. Sadly, around our area, Beagles that can't hunt (or breed good hunters) frequently end up in shelters. We think this is what happened with her.

Choco (Siamese)She was given birth by a feral cat 4 years ago. I communicated with her mother until she trusted me. There were only 4 kittens total. Choco, her mom, brother, and sisters live happily with me now. They got neutered and had all their shots. This is a family that will always play together and stay together. '

Señor Fat Fat (Mixed Breed Cat)He's the offspring of my daughter's tortoiseshell cat, Annabelle. I strongly suspect he's my childhood dog reincarnated. My dog Tori loved to have the spaces between her toes on her front paws rubbed. I discovered about a year ago that Señor Fat Fat also likes having his front paws rubbed but not his back paws.

Pugchee (Chihuahua Mix)We got Pugchee when she was about 8 weeks old. She loves licking a thin layer of peanut butter out of the center of a hollow bone. Her face always has a sign of pure pleasure on it and she never leaves even a hint of peanut butter inside the bone.

In Memory of Buster (Hanoverian Mix)I went on a trip and traveled many miles to find a perfect horse and didn't find one that suited me. A couple of months later, by word of mouth, I ended up finding this big guy (16.3 hands high= aprox. 5 1/2 feet at his shoulder) locally, in 1997. He was fondly named Buster.
